About me
As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, I am committed to providing evidenced-based nutrition care and tailoring advice to my client’s individual needs.
Outside of dietetics I have a dance school business which I manage in my spare time. I grew up training to be a professional ballet dancer which allowed me to appreciate the importance of nutrition in improving performance.
I am a foodie and am passionate about cooking and recipe development and love to try new restaurants. A common misconception about dietitians is that they will tell you to restrict and reduce your meals, however I will commonly advise my clients to add more to their meals to provide the body with the nutrients that it needs.
What will you get out of working with me?
Nutrition is hard, I get it. Working with me you can change how you eat, cook, and shop to meet your nutritional needs and health goals.
Care Plans (EPC referral)
You may be eligible for an Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) if your doctor has diagnosed you with a chronic medical condition.
An EPC referral allows you to have up to 5 Medicare-subsidised visits per calendar year to allied health professionals including dietitians.
You can still see a dietitian privately without an EPC referral and may also be eligible for subsidised dietitian visits through private health insurance depending on your level of cover.
